Horizontal landscape in background with two tall trees either side of vertical building against midnight sky with cloud cover; dark green ground with dabs of it: green, reds and white. Strong diagonal thrust on left in dark hills, divided into green rows with dabs of blue and white; area below shows purple ground with dotted and layered surface.  RS of purple and green ground studded with it, blue semaphores. Triangular areas with it. Blue shapes reminiscent of fish lead directly behind figure.
