Figure with white, yellow, red and black stripes; forehead with cut-out knobby protrusion painted red and covered with green satin bow. Eye, each side, of red plastic disc attached with copper wire. Outstreatched arm painted white and red, yellow hand with four slits at ent to form fingers. Back similarly painted.
