Body is covered with matted sisal "fur" glued to wooden form. Hands, feet, face and chest bare and stained black. Chest and head in high relief from body as though separately mounted. Face has flat forehead and eyes sunk in deep sockets; flat, wide nose wth deep nostrils and protruding mouth. Hands and feet are curved, fingers and toes delineated by incised lines. Arms and legs separately carved and attached.
