Face is painted white with black Roman numerals, hands set at "8:20" smaller circle with second hand painted near bottom of face. With 4 3/4"H winding mechanism set within " dia. ring. Repousse outer bezel with traces of gilt; traces of gilt on dial, as well. Two rings attached on bottom 7 1/4" apart, possibly for suspending name of shop or other writing. Reverse face with identical painting.
