The meta used to construct the figures is likely galvanized steel (steel coated with zinc). Seated between two humps on the back on the elephant is a humanoid figure with a bulbous head and an outstretched arm. Seated on the head of the elephant is a highly abstracted animal, likely a bird or a monkey based on previously seen forms by David Butler. The elephant, humanoid, and smaller animal are similarly painted with red, green, and yellow paint. Elephant held up by a wooden stake and on either side of the stake are similarly painted arrows. One arrow points towards the donkey and the other one does not. The elephant is mid-stride with their mouth open and trunk facing upwards. The elephant's eyes are bottle caps affixed to its head with a metal wire. The two animals are joined together by a metal wire. The donkey is similarly held up by a wooden stake and painted used the same color palette. The donkey's is mid-stride with its head facing downwards. Its eyes are made from cut metal. affixed to the head with wire. The donkey's ears are bent sheets of metal that aim in separate directions. Both wooden stakes are situated on a larger wooden board with nails. The donkley's stake is loose.
