Medallion with painting of white swan in water against green foliage and blue sky; image outlined in black oval, green outside border continued around entire form. Length of sign painted black with red and green decoration both ends; gold letters L and R of medallion:  RIEKER'S BEER.  Two 4" hooks at top for hanging sign. Two 1 1/4" rings at bottom for suspending secondary sign, possibly name of store of tavern. Finials painted green with gold knobs at top.
