Length of sign painted black with red and green decoration both ends; gold letters L and R of medallion:  RIEKER'S BEER.  Two 4\" hooks at top for hanging sign. Two 1 1/4\" rings at bottom for suspending secondary sign, possibly name of store of tavern. Finials painted green with gold knobs at top. The Rieker's Beer name has been found on Pennsylvania signs of the same period.  Frank A.
